ThePAL provides a secure online order form for you to place your order.
Ordering Online only takes a few moments. To place an order online we will need the following information about the person who will be USING the alarm:
- Name
- Address
- Telephone number
- Basic directions to the person's home from the nearest cross street or intersection
- Names and telephone numbers of Keyholders who are within 15 minutes of the person who will be USING ThePAL.
- Names and telephone numbers of at least two Personal Contacts who live or work within 15 minutes of the person who will be USING the system, and who can come and check on them in person.
- Date of Birth
- Payment information. You can pay online either by credit card or by check.
